Zynga Games Support chat, NEW! I think Zynga has been changed the way to contact them, no more email contact, now customers can chat live with their support expert.
As before, we usually contact Zynga games support via email through this link: http://support.zynga.com/CP_ContactUs, but now when you click that link, it will bring you to the wrong page it’s says “Oops! Looks like you hit a page that can’t be found on our site. Click here to return to our home page.”
So, how to contact Zynga games customer support now? Now, you can just easily to contact them through “Help” or “Support” button, see picture below:
For Zynga Empires & Allies:
Click Help button in the game, then it will show game support menu, you can find some articles to solved your issue or if you can’t find it you can chat with Zynga games support expert.

For Mafia Wars 2:
To contact Zynga game support for Mafia Wars 2, you can just click Support button in the game and click Customer Support menu, you can get in touch with some of Zynga helpful service agents who can help with all of your billing, technical and general questions! You can chat to discuss it.

For the other game like CityVille, CastleVille, FarmVille, Adventure World, etc. I think it will not far different with Empires & Allies and Mafia Wars 2. But, in case you can’t find the Help or Support button, just visit http://support.zynga.com/
What do you think about new Zynga Games Support? Is chat more comfortable for you or still want to email them and waiting for replay? I don’t’ think so 
kinda hoping i might be at right spot iam having alot of problems with cafeworld.1. i cant cook nothing counts for me which sure has been hard to keep up with things that should be done by now.2. i cant send stuff to friends instead it says error.. please if you can help i play this game alot and spend alot of real money only on this game helpppp. melissa
Tonight I spent 18 farmcash to finish a quest that is due to end today. I harvested the needed animal but never got credit for it. That was 18 farmcash down the tubes and I’d like it back! This happened before but enough is enough.I really want my farmcash back or I will stop buying it or maybe even quit the game completely. Why spend money on something that steals it back ?
